Since opening in December 2025 the street has built a real, repeating audience across nine trading venues.

The summer drop is expected and explainable. Terraces close when the heat arrives and Dubai empties out for the holidays. Through the quietest quarter of the year the street still held 70 per cent of its peak footfall.
